Bad Drills: (We all have them: follow the link to wallop a cadre & crack on...)
- Drinking. You know the score, it has its limits but you always slept in the RMO talks... CLICK HERE: for a shock! So revise your drills here and live longer. Never drink when on medication - it can really mess you up badly. Your new week(?): Mean Mon, Tough Tue, Willpower Wed, Thirsty Thu, then have a great weekend.. Fri to Sunday (but go easy, just one big night max). Tiger Tip: Drink half soda water/half lager = healthier 'pint', cheap & healthy...no sugar like shandy has.

- Diet Choices. The kebab & chips is (yes, amazingly) not quite as good as we thought... try a food cadre here and live longer. The BBC Health info is ideal with incredible films. Do it. Measure your BMI on their calculator... change your life, choose to be a Tiger ...or a Hippo. Tiger Tip: Cut out evening meals = easy win.
