Background. Essentially for the 2020 game that was cancelled, we had two points of sale for tickets: Giles Walsh under London Branch and Matt Rugman under Southern Branch. Giles has already contacted those he was dealing with and we have been given the details of those who paid for tickets from Matt. We hope most will agree to save a load of staff admin and rollover their tickets to 2021. You can get a refund in future if you choose this.
Rollover. Some of you who paid via Matt may wish to rollover the ticket money you have sent through to pay for tickets for next year. If that is the case then let me know at the email address above or do nothing and your details will be passed to Giles to issue your ticket(s) before the game next year. Details will be on this page.
Refund. Those of you who have paid their money for AvN Rugby Tickets via Matt Rugman and wish to receive a refund should complete the attached form and send to dep.regt.sec.pwrr@gmail.com. I will compare the form against the spreadsheet given to me by Matt and make the bank payment. Where there is a discrepancy I will query that with you. If you paid for tickets via Giles Walsh and you wish to have a refund, again complete the form, send to me and I will pass on to Giles to action. The form must be received by 1 June 2020.
