PWRRA County Colonels
To oversee and guide the delivery of the 3Cs, each County has a volunteer PWRR Association County Colonel.
- Surrey - Col Julian Ladd (still serving as one of our most experienced, senior reserve officers).
- Kent - Col Chris Luckham (recently retired from Defence Attaché posts after a long Tiger career).
- Hampshire - Brig Richard Dennis (the former Colonel of the Regiment and a serving reservist now).
- Middlesex & London - Col John White (the former Col Commandant of Surrey ACF (PWRR) after a long regular infantry career).
- Sussex - [currently VACANT - contact the Chairman.]
2020 PWRRA Structure
In 2019, The PWRR Association circulated, consulted then adopted a County-based structure to accommodate the growth and our capability to deliver the 3Cs - Comradeship, Communication & Care. This meant we had to split our fine Southern Branch into two - a successful, big part of the last few years of growth who laid foundations for counties to now continue their 3Cs and growth in that region. A tough choice but a brave one to take to respect our county regt heritage, this structure allows county growth was discussed with all branches, circulated to the Assoc on the website and social media and with consent then approved by the main Regimental Council in early 2019.

Our PWRRA structure has been agreed bottom up and will underpin our county heritage in the coming decades. More branches will come we are sure but this is our structure now. We must all thank the foundation built by Southern Branch and the efforts of Matt Rugman and Kev Wilkinson. We welcome our new SW Branch too - good luck to our Branches." - PWRRA Chairman, Chris Parker MBE
