Tigers' 25th Birthday Reunion
On Sat 23 Sep 17 in Kent CC Ground in Canterbury there was a T25 Reunion to celebrate: Our PWRR 25th anniversary, presentation of new colours to our 3 Battalions, the 2017 formation of our new 4th Battalion & our proud association with all our forebear Regiments.
PWRR Association Chairman Lt Col (retd) Chris Parker MBE reports: "What a fantastic day and our huge thanks to all Tigers involved, especially those organisers: our 4 elite Battalions, our smart PWRR Cadets, RHQ PWRR, Alasdair Goulden, the QRA & R Hamps Association, our forebear regiment veterans and all our families. Few can recall a bigger and better reunion and after 25 years of new fighting history the PWRR is not only the Infantry gold standard but living up to the traditions of our famous forebear Regiments. Next up is our Tiger Remembrance Day Events and Albuhera in London Annually. Contact your PWRR Association branch for more."
A commemorative T25 book of high quality photos will be made by RHQ - a top Christmas present for any Tiger - and details will be published here soon; all proceeds for our PWRR benevolent fund so you can then donate and enjoy!
